  • Consent to Evidence Submission: You acknowledge that filing an un-notified, fraudulent, or premature chargeback (including claims on orders currently in transit within our stated combined processing and transit window of up to 17 business days total) constitutes a material breach of this agreement. Dark Doodle LLC reserves the right to submit this Legal Notice, along with your checkout IP logs, delivery tracking numbers, and signed policy agreements, to payment processors (such as Airwallex) and issuing banks to reverse the dispute and seek recovery of lost administrative fees.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to your use of this website, purchases from Revel Crafts, or agreements with Dark Doodle LLC shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
