OVERVIEW

Welcome to Revel Crafts! The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Revel Crafts (operated under Dark Doodle LLC). Revel Crafts operates this website and store, including all related information, content, tools, products (including our PhantomBox™ projectors, Santa Mister™ humidifiers, XO Vault Hoodies, and MJ Vault Hoodies), and services (the "Services").

By interacting with our site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund, Return & Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 1 - OUR PRODUCTS & CUSTOM ITEMS

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities on special edition pre-orders (Santa Mister™) or custom apparel lines (XO Vault Hoodie, MJ Vault Hoodie).

  • Pre-Order Acknowledgements: By purchasing the Santa Mister™ humidifier, you acknowledge that shipping commences in mid-November 2026, with a guaranteed delivery cutoff of December 20th, 2026.

  • Custom Apparel Acknowledgements: By purchasing the XO Vault Hoodie or MJ Vault Hoodie, you acknowledge that items are custom made, final sale, and eligible for size exchanges only if tags remain attached.

SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING & STRICT CANCELLATION TERMS

When you place an order, it enters our automated fulfillment processing immediately.

  • NO-CANCELLATION POLICY: We cannot accommodate cancellation, alteration, or address modification requests once an order is placed.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Purchases are non-refundable and are subject to size exchange or replacement solely in accordance with our Refund, Return & Shipping Policy.

SECTION 3 - FULFILLMENT TIMELINES

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to our item-specific shipping schedules:

  • PhantomBox™: 2–4 business days processing; 7–13 business days transit.

  • Santa Mister™ Humidifier: Pre-order item shipping mid-November 2026; guaranteed delivery by December 20th, 2026.

  • XO Vault Hoodie & MJ Vault Hoodie: 5–7 business days processing; ~2 weeks (10–14 business days) transit.

  • No In-Transit Refunds: We do not issue refunds, cancellations, or accept dispute claims for packages that are actively in transit within these stated windows.

SECTION 4 - PREVENTATIVE CHARGEBACK & LEGAL DISPUTE CLAUSE

You commit to resolving any order issues, size exchange requests, or damage claims directly with our support team at info@shoprevelcrafts.com prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback dispute, Revel Crafts will submit these signed Terms of Service, product-specific disclaimers, IP address logs, checkout details, and carrier tracking logs directly to merchant processors and card issuers to defend the charge and recover lost fees.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
