Welcome to Revel Crafts! The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Revel Crafts. Revel Crafts operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products (including our specialized NBA Wreath products), and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Revel Crafts is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current, and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, please note that colors, fabric tones, ribbon textures, or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings, screen configuration, or display technology.

Because our NBA Wreath pieces are individually hand-crafted and assembled to order, minor variations in ribbon placement, mesh volume, or accent positioning are expected unique characteristics of handmade art and do not constitute a manufacturer defect. We do not warrant that the final appearance of any products purchased by you will be completely identical to digital renderings, rendering models, or photos in our online store.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Revel Crafts reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Revel Crafts confirms acceptance and processes payment.

  • STRICT NO-CANCELLATION POLICY: Because orders enter automated fulfillment processing and handcrafting immediately upon checkout, we cannot accommodate cancellation, alteration, or address modification requests once an order is placed. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

  • Returns & Refunds: Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund, Return & Shipping Policy.

  • Resale Restriction: You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs duties.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made at our store. You represent and warrant that:

  1. The payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete;

  2. You are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase;

  3. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial institution; and

  4. You will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING TIMELINES

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to our custom processing and shipping schedules:

  • Handcrafting & Processing Window: Because each wreath is individually hand-assembled, please allow 10 to 14 business days for your order to be fully constructed, quality-inspected, and packaged before it is handed over to our shipping carrier.

  • Transit & Delivery Window: Once dispatched, standard tracked shipping takes approximately 12 days to arrive following dispatch from our facility.

  • Delivery Delays: While we work diligently to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, customs clearance, or seasonal carrier surges. Risk of loss transfers to you once the item is accepted and scanned by the carrier.

  • No In-Transit Refunds: We do not issue refunds, cancellations, or accept dispute claims for packages that are currently in transit within our stated combined processing and delivery window (up to 26 business days total).

SECTION 6 - CHARGEBACK PROTECTION & PREVENTATIVE LEGAL CLAUSE

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent chargebacks, commonly known as "friendly fraud" (filing a payment dispute with your bank for legitimate purchases that are in transit, or failing to contact customer support first).

  • Mandatory Resolution Step: By agreeing to these terms, you commit to resolving any order issues, delays, or damage claims directly with our support team at info@shoprevelcrafts.com prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.

  • 7-Day Damage Claim Window: If your product arrives physically damaged or defective, you must report the issue with photographic/video evidence to info@shoprevelcrafts.com within 7 calendar days of carrier delivery. Filing a dispute without reporting damage inside this 7-day window constitutes a direct breach of this Agreement.

  • Legal Evidence Submission: In the event of an unauthorized chargeback dispute, Revel Crafts will submit these signed Terms of Service, IP address logs, checkout details, shipping tracking data, and delivery confirmation coordinates directly to payment processors (such as Airwallex) and card issuers to defend the charge and recover lost fees.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product designs (including NBA Wreath branding), video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Revel Crafts, its parent entity Dark Doodle LLC, or its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republicise, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or materials over which we have no control. We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. The Services may also contain hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties. If you choose to access these materials or third-party sites, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Revel Crafts is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Revel Crafts (Dark Doodle LLC). You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Revel Crafts.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy and partner data-sharing terms required to fulfill your transactions.

No automated software, AI scraping tools, data harvesting bots, or "Agents" may access or interact with our Services without prior written consent from Revel Crafts. Any unauthorized robotic scraping or agent interaction will result in immediate IP blocking and potential legal action.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY REVEL CRAFTS, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL REVEL CRAFTS, DARK DOODLE LLC, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROCURED.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and Revel Crafts agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming.
