Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

By completing a purchase on Revel Crafts, you (the Buyer) agree to the legally binding terms, timelines, and conditions outlined below. Our policies are structured to comply with US e-commerce standards and protect our custom fulfillment processes.

1. Final Sale Policy (No Mind-Change Returns)

Each NBA Wreath is individually hand-crafted and assembled to order.

  • No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered processing and handcrafting. All sales are final.

  • Handmade Variations: Because each wreath is individually crafted and assembled by hand, minor variations in ribbon placement, mesh volume, or accent positioning are expected unique characteristics of handmade art and do not constitute a manufacturer defect. We do not warrant that the final product will be completely identical to rendering models or photos.

2. 7-Day Limit for Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our final-sale policy is if your item arrives physically damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item (e.g., incorrect team style).

  • Strict 7-Day Reporting Window: You must inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any claims for damages, defects, or incorrect items must be submitted to info@shoprevelcrafts.com within 7 calendar days of the carrier-marked delivery date.

  • Required Evidence: Your email must include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Any items sent back to us without prior written approval and an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team will be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

3. Return Shipping Instructions & Legal Address

To prevent lost packages and ensure prompt processing:

  • Return Address via Email: If your damage/defect claim is approved, the exact return shipping address and instructions will be provided strictly via email. Do not ship items back to our corporate registration address.

4. Custom Handcrafting, Shipping, and Transit Terms

By completing checkout, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to our Handcrafted-to-Order processing and shipping schedule:

  • Handcrafting & Processing Time: Because each wreath is individually hand-assembled, please allow 10 to 14 business days for your order to be fully constructed, quality-inspected, and packaged before it is handed over to our shipping carrier.

  • Shipping & Transit Time: Standard tracked shipping takes approximately 12 days to reach your doorstep following dispatch from our facility.

  • In-Transit Chargebacks: We do not issue refunds, cancellations, or accept chargeback requests for packages currently in transit within our stated combined production and shipping delivery window (up to 26 business days total).

5. Legal Notice on Chargebacks and Friendly Fraud

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent payment disputes ("friendly fraud").

  • Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer for an order that is actively in transit within our stated production and shipping windows, or failing to contact our support team first to report damage/defects within our mandatory 7-day window, constitutes a material breach of this contract.

  • Revel Crafts submits complete transaction histories, IP logs, delivery tracking, and this signed, agreed-upon policy directly to merchant processors (such as Airwallex) and issuing banks to vigorously defend and reverse fraudulent claims.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers hold the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must arrive at our designated facility in its original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
